Michael Schwade joined Kodner Watkins as a law student in 2006 and became a full-time associate attorney upon passing the Missouri Bar Exam in 2008.  Since that time, he has been an integral part of the firm’s litigation department.  His efforts are primarily dedicated to resolving commercial disputes, but he devotes a substantial amount of time to pursuing recovery for civil rights violations, litigating wrongful death claims and trademark protection matters.  He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Illinois and regularly practices in other jurisdictions on a Pro Hac Vice basis.

When not practicing law, Michael practices soccer, operates an eBay store, reads less than he should, collects Criterion films and obsesses over Ferraris and the St. Louis Cardinals. He’s just like any other man, only more so.
