Michael Schwade joined Kodner Watkins as a law student in 2006 and became a full-time associate attorney upon passing the Missouri Bar Exam in 2008. Since that time, he has been an integral part of the firm’s litigation department now serves as senior counsel. His efforts are primarily dedicated to addressing commercial disputes and compliance issues within the recycling industry, but he devotes a substantial amount of time to pursuing recovery for civil rights violations and trademark protection matters. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Illinois and regularly practices in other jurisdictions on a Pro Hac Vice basis.

When not practicing law, Michael practices soccer, explores St. Louis with his wife and daughter and obsesses over Formula 1 and the St. Louis Cardinals.
